We are delighted to share the resounding success of the AFRIK CRÉANCES Strategic Meeting, which took place from December 12 to 15, 2023 at the Hotel 2 février in Lomé. This event was a unique opportunity to bring our team together and stimulate the collaborative spirit around the AFRIK CRÉANCES project.
The meeting was chaired by Mr Blaise AHOUANTCHEDE, Chairman of AFRIK CREANCES, in the presence of Mr NINSAO GNOFAM, Former Minister and Director of AFRIK CREANCES, and Mr MAME YAMAR NDIAYE, Development Manager and Associate of AFRIK CREANCES.
Discussions focused on strategic actions to be undertaken, essential activities to be planned and strategies to be deployed to ensure the continued success of the AFRIK CRÉANCES project. Each member of our team made a significant contribution, fostering a dynamic and constructive exchange.
A highlight was the warm welcome and official presentation of the new General Managers of our subsidiaries in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Togo. Their expertise and commitment enrich our Institution, strengthening our ability to innovate and excel in order to ensure the continued development of our vision.
During this event, we were privileged to take part in an exclusive training session on the theme of “Boosting your managers’ managerial skills for unrivalled performance”, led by MAXIMIZE’s Managing Director, Ms Liliane MADODE. The session was an enriching learning experience, offering insights into how to strengthen the skills essential for outstanding performance in a constantly changing business environment.
Going far beyond a simple professional meeting, this strategic meeting is an important milestone in sharing and preparing for the sustainable growth of AFRIK CREANCES.
